One of Joey's strongest childhood memories was his dad's ceramic travel mug. Shaped like an upside down funnel,his Dad would fill it up and drop it on the dashboard of the old Pontiac 6000 station wagon. Despite the turns, the potholes, and the shocks of 100k+ mile stationwagon in the 80s, nary a drop would be lost from that trusty mug. And so the smell of Folgers wafting out of the open smokestack top became syonymous with road trips in the mind of our young musician. Truth be told, when looking for a coffee mug maker for TLCO, Joey started by looking for someone who could recreate that iconic mug of his childhood. Lo! And Behold! Sunset Hill had been making it for years, right in Joey's backyard. While other mugs might be seen more often on the tables on floors around a jam session, THIS mug is the hero of the road. And let's be serious, the road is where this band spends most of its time while out on the job.
